Jones Beach Bikeways
Bicyclists seeking a scenic coastal traffic free ride will find what they are looking for along the Jones Beach Bikeway. The Bikeway is a wide, paved & boardwalk surfaces that meander for up to 10 miles through a variety of scenic coastal environments and offers views of the Great South Bay and the Atlantic Ocean along Long Island’s southern shore. The spectacular views offered and beaches to visit, there are ample spots to stop and take in the beautiful scenery, go for a swim or grab a bite to eat. (Nassau county Parking fee in season) The Parks has direct access to the trail, Restrooms, BBQ’s, picnic tables, playground and game courts. A great place to spend the day.
